The Joan Nicole Prince Home is dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable and caring residence for terminally ill patients in need of a home during their final days.

Schenectady Community Home, Inc., dba The Joan Nicole Prince Home, which is located in a residential neighborhood in Scotia, NY, provides 24-hour bedside care for two residents at a time who have a prognosis of three months or less, and who lack the support and options to remain home during their last months of life. The home is primarily staffed by volunteers and relies primarily on community support for funding.
